HNS and Bračun terminate contract

Following two friendly defeats against Turkey in Rovinj (0:3, 1:3), Croatia U-16 head coach Milivoj Bračun and Croatian Football Federation mutually agreed to terminate contract.

This Croatia U-16 side ('00 generation) is an automatic participant of the European Championships U-17 in May 2017, as the host team.

"I would like to thank coach Bračun for his efforts and fair cooperation. Considering his private reasons and his ambitions, we have mutually agreed to terminate the contract. This national team has a specific value as the EURO hosts and we will soon find the best solution, in order to give our best in front of our fans", said HNS Technical Director Romeo Jozak.

Milivoj Bračun took over Croatia U-16 in August 2015, with the record of one win, three draws and four defeats in eight matches.
