Croatia international Marko Pjaca joins Mario Mandžukić at Italian giants Juventus, while Alen Halilović and Ivan Močinić move to Germany and Austria respectively.
21-year-old Marko Pjaca of Dinamo Zagreb and Croatia signed a five-year contract with Italian champions Juventus. Pjaca moves to Serie A following successful Lokomotiva Zagreb (2011 - 2014) and Dinamo Zagreb (2014 - 2016) spells.
At Juventus, Pjaca joins another Croatian international, striker Mario Mandžukić, who has already begun to collect trophies with the Turin side. Pjaca made his international debut in 2014 and was then capped 11 times, scoring once, against San Marino, and confirmed his qualities at the UEFA EURO 2016 in France.
Another talented youngster, Alen Halilović of Barcelona, moved to Hamburger SV in Bundesliga on a four-year contract, with Catalan giants reserving the option to buy the midfielder back.
Halilović spent the last season on loan at Sporting Gijon, and continues Croatian presence in Hamburg, since Ivica Olić and Ivo Iličević leave the club this summer. Halilović has nine Croatia caps.
Rijeka midfielder Ivan Močinić, who played for Croatia in November 2015 against Russia, agreed to join Austrian powerhouse Rapid of Vienna, signing until 2020.
