Mateo Kovačić and Joško Gvardiol win Premier League title with Manchester City

On the final day of this season's Premier League edition, Manchester City defeated West Ham 3:1 and won its fourth consecutive league title in England. 

Joško Gvardiol played the entire match, while Mateo Kovačić came on as a substitute in the closing minutes. With Manchester City, they have already won the UEFA Supercup and the FIFA Club World Cup, and next weekend they take on Manchester United in the FA Cup final.
