The draw for the second round of the UEFA European Championship for Women’s Under-19 teams has been held, determining the group compositions in both leagues. Croatia have been drawn into Group B6, where they will face Czechia, Georgia and Azerbaijan.

National teams are divided into two leagues based on the results from the first round. The groups will be played in a mini-tournament format at a single venue, during the periods from 25 February to 7 March or from 8 to 18 April. The second round will decide the seven national teams that will join host nation Bosnia and Herzegovina at the final tournament, to be held from 27 June to 10 July, as well as promotion and relegation between the leagues.

Each group will be played as a mini-tournament in one of the participating countries, with hosts to be confirmed at a later date. Bosnia and Herzegovina will take part in the competition despite already having secured a place at the finals as hosts.

The competition features 52 UEFA national associations and consists of two rounds. The first round was played from October to early December 2025. After the conclusion of the first round, the teams finishing fourth in League A groups were relegated to League B, while the League B group winners and the best second-placed team earned promotion.

Croatia are competing in League B in the second round and, based on their results in the 2025/26 season, were placed in the first seeding pot (positions 29–34). The draw therefore placed Croatia in Group B6 alongside Czechia, Georgia and Azerbaijan.
