Croatia beat Germany in Hamburg

The Croatian national futsal team defeated Germany (2–0) in a friendly match played in Hamburg, which for the most part took on a highly competitive tone.

In their first outing since the historic achievement of winning the bronze medal at the European Championship in Latvia, Lithuania and Slovenia, Marinko Mavrović’s men maintained a winning mindset, strong mentality and discipline across all aspects of the game, earning a well-deserved victory.

Croatia secured the win thanks to goals from Marko Kuraja, who fired home in the 23rd minute to break the deadlock, and Niko Vukmir, who struck from distance in the 36th minute to find the back of the net and seal the final 2–0 scoreline.
