Croatia's friendly with Australia in Brazil

Croatia will play Australia in a friendly match in Brazil set for June 6th, 2014. For both teams, this will be the last preparation match before the beginning of the World Cup.

The host city will be announced later.

Croatian national football team has the honour of playing the opening match of the World Cup, on June 12th, 2014, against the host nation and the five-time champions, Brazil. In Group A, Croatia will also play Cameroon (June 18th) and Mexico (June 23rd).

Apart from the match with Australia, Croatia also arranged a friendly match against Switzerland, to be played on March 5th, 2014 in St. Gallen.
