Croatia in Group H with Italy

Croatian national football team will play in the Group H of the qualifying round for the EURO 2016.
On Sunday, the French city of Nice hosted the UEFA EURO 2016 qualifying draw.
Croatia was among the teams in Pot 2, and was paired with Italy, Norway, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, and Malta.
Two best teams from each of the nine qualifying groups will qualify directly for the final tournament, as well as the best third-placed teams. The eight remaining third-placed teams will enter the play-off round to determine the four last berths.
The draw procedure was co-hosted by two former internationals from France and the Netherlands, Bixente Lizarazu and Ruud Gullit.
The qualifying round will start in September 2014, and the match calendar will be announced shortly.
Group A: Netherlands, Czech Republic, Turkey, Latvia, Iceland, Kazakhstan
Group B: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, Israel, Wales, Cyprus, Andorra
Group C: Spain, Ukraine, Slovakia, Belarus, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Luxembourg
Group D: Germany, Republic of Ireland, Poland, Scotland, Georgia, Gibraltar
Group E: England, Switzerland, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania, San Marino
Group F: Greece, Hungary, Romania, Finland, Northern Ireland, Faroe Islands
Group G: Russia, Sweden, Austria, Montenegro, Moldova, Liechtenstein
Group H: Italy, Croatia, Norway, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Malta
Group I: Portugal, Denmark, Serbia, Armenia, Albania
