Croatian international striker Leon Benko will continue his club career in China.
Rijeka striker Leon Benko has signed for Chinese side Dalian Aerbin.
After his beginnings in Varteks, 30-year-old Benko played for German side Nuremberg and in Belgium, for Standard Liege and Kortrijk. Then he moved back to Croatia, to Slaven Belupo, and then again went abroad, to Al Faisaly in Saudi Arabia.
He wore Rijeka jersey since the summer 2012. Benko was capped four times, playing for Croatia on two occasions in 2006 and two in 2013.
The Chinese championships will start in a week, with Dalian Aerbin away at Hangzhou Greentown.
