Croatia U-21 to play England in the play-offs

Nenad Gračan's Croatia U-21 was among the unseeded teams in Friday's draw in Nyon, and was paired with another qualifying group winner, England.

The first leg will be played in England, while the second leg will be played in Croatia.

"We knew it would be difficult for us. If it wasn't England, it would be Spain, France, Italy ... But we and my players are very motivated to make that final step to the European Championship – we have quality and motivation and England are not unbeatable. I believe we have everything we need to succeed", said coach Gračan to Uefa.com after the draw.

All the play-off matches will be played between 8 and 14 October.
