Croatia convincingly defeats Azerbaijan 6:0

Croatia’s women’s U-19 national team opened the League B qualifying tournament for the European Championship with a dominant 6–0 victory over Azerbaijan.

Jure Srzić’s team dominated from the very start. Prkačin gave Croatia the lead in the 6th minute, and Akrap doubled the advantage in the 17th minute. Grgić scored the third in the 33rd minute, while Vanjak added another just four minutes later to make it 4–0, making it clear by halftime that Croatia would secure a convincing win.

In the second half, Vanjak scored her second goal of the match in the 58th minute to make it 5–0, while Alajbegović sealed the final 6–0 in stoppage time (90+4').

The next match is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14 at 12:00 against Georgia.
