Croatia’s women’s U-19 national team recorded another victory at the League B qualifying tournament for the European Championship, defeating Georgia 4–0 in Karlovac.

At the Branko Čavlović-Čavlek Stadium, Croatia led by head coach Jure Srzić controlled the match from the outset and took the lead in the 23rd minute when Grgić found the net for 1–0. Ten minutes later, Georgia were reduced to ten players after Shoshitashvili was sent off, which Croatia quickly capitalized on. Akrap converted a penalty in the 34th minute to make it 2–0, and just moments later Kalaš increased the lead to 3–0.
In the second half, Croatia continued to dominate possession and control the game, with Popić sealing the final 4–0 in the 51st minute.
The match was attended by U-17 women’s national team head coach Božidar Miletić, senior advisor to the president Zorislav Srebrić, and Karlovac FA secretary Tomislav Kuzman.
Croatia will play their next match on Friday, April 17 at 12:00 in Karlovac against the Czech Republic.
After a convincing 6–0 win over Azerbaijan and today’s 4–0 victory against Georgia, Croatia sit at the top of Group B with six points, level with second-placed Czech Republic. Azerbaijan and Georgia are still without points.
