The Croatia women’s national football team is gathering for the continuation of the play-offs for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup, which will be held in Brazil, and head coach Nenad Gračan has announced his squad for the matches against Iceland.

Croatia will face Iceland twice in the first round of the play-offs. The first match is scheduled for 9 October in Pula, while the return leg will be played on 13 October in Reykjavik.

“We will play two qualifying matches against Iceland, one of the best national teams in Europe. They are a very pragmatic, responsible and disciplined team, and these will certainly be very demanding and difficult matches. It will be a major challenge for all of us, but we will try to play a quality and responsible match and look to surprise the Icelandic team,” said head coach Nenad Gračan.
